Intra-District Transfers (school transfer within Oak Grove School District)
An Intra-District transfer/open enrollment is when parents/guardians wish to register/admit/enroll their student(s) at a school other than the designated school that is in their attendance area within their district. California Education Code Section 35160.5(b). The Intra-District Transfer application window has CLOSED for the 2022-2023 school year. The window will open Monday, January 9, 2023 for the 2023-2024 school year and close on Friday, March 10, 2023. Please email your completed application to Teresa Flores at tflores@ogsd.net.

Inter-District (school transfer between Oak Grove School District and another District)
An Inter-District transfer/reciprocal agreement is when parents/guardians wish to register/admit/enroll their student(s) at a school other than the designated school that is in their attendance area outside of their district. California Education Code sections 46600–46610.
Inter-District Board Policy BP5117
Parents/Guardians residing in the boundary of another school district must apply for their student to attend Oak Grove School District. Please obtain and complete an Inter-District transfer application from your district of residence and deliver it to the OGSD District Office for review. Parents/Guardians residing within Oak Grove School District wishing to send their student to another district must complete the form and return it to the OGSD District Office for review.
