Use our easy to use Online Registration and upload supporting documents securely from your device. Registration forms can also be found below, you can save them to your device and use the fillable PDF or pick up a packet at any school site. Due to COVID-19 protocols, we prefer your register online.
*Students who reside in a different district must first complete an Inter-District Transfer at your home district for approval first.
Step 3 - SUBMIT DOCUMENTS
Once you have completed the Online Registration in step two, please use the checklist to submit documents through our secure OLR portal or via appointment at your school site. Documents include: PROOF OF RESIDENCY, PROOF OF BIRTHDATE, IMMUNIZATION RECORDS / HEALTH and DENTAL EXAMINATION , TB Risk Assessment FORM. IF APPLICABLE: Proof of Special Education Program (IEP - Individual Education Program)
STEP 4 - Migrant Survey

Parents/Guardians residing in the boundary of another school district must apply for their student to attend Oak Grove School District. Please obtain and complete an Inter-District transfer application from your district of residence and deliver it to the OGSD District Office for review.
Parent/Guardians residing within Oak Grove School District wishing to send their student to another district must complete the form and return it to the OGSD District Office for review.
