Chromebook Protection Plan Form (Closed for 2024-25 School Year)

The opportunity to purchase the OGSD Chromebook Protection Plan for the 2024-25 school year closed on October 31, 2024.  

The plan is now available only to newly enrolled students.  

STEP 3 is also left open to be completed by those that have already made a payment but not yet completed this crucial step.

Enrollment for the protection plan will reopen in July 2025 for the 2025-26 school year.

STEP 1: Review the OGSD Chromebook Protection Plan

STEP 2: Make a payment via PayPal. You will use the PayPal Transaction ID in the form below. (CLOSED)

STEP 3: Complete all the required fields in the form below and click Submit to complete your plan purchase.

*A confirmation email with the form data will be sent to the Parent/Guardian email address.
**This step below is left open only to parents who have made a payment via PayPal in Step 2, but have yet to complete Step 3.
