Sexual Harassment Procedures & Policies

Oak Grove School District is committed to providing a work environment free of sexual or any other type of harassment.  Our District maintains a strict policy prohibiting sexual harassment from all employees including district supervisors.  The District also has Board Policy which prohibits retaliatory behavior toward any employee who participates in the complaint process.  Finally, all sexual harassment complaints are kept confidential to the extent necessary to carry out an investigation.
