Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) After-School Education and Safety (ASES)
Oak Grove School District (OGSD) is seeking qualified community-based organizations to provide high-quality enrichment and expanded learning services for the 2026-2027 school year. We are looking for innovative partners to support students across multiple school sites. We are seeking partners with expertise in:
- Arts: Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA)
- STEM: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math
- Athletics: Organized sports, team play, and Physical Activity
- Specialized Enrichment: Any high-interest programming that supports student growth.
📅 Key Deadlines & Submission Info
- Format: All proposals must be submitted electronically via Google Form and G-Drive (information and links will be provided to those who submit an LOI, meet the criteria of an ASES/ELOP Operator, and attend the Bidders Conference on March 20, 2025.
- Submission Deadline: March 30, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. PST. The submission form will lock automatically at 4:01 P.M. Late submissions, faxes, or direct emails will not be accepted.
